From Global News.
A conflict between a Montreal man, a tow truck driver, and a city parking employee escalated dramatically on Tuesday night, as the pair were helping to clear streets during the city’s first snow-removal operation.
Montreal police say the man opened fire during a towing dispute over a car that was parked in the city’s east-end Pointe-aux-Trembles neighbourhood.
Police quickly arrested the suspect, a 39-year-old man, and seized his weapon.
Brayden Jagger Haines reports on the incident and its fallout.
