The most premature quadruplets are the Bryant Quads – Lainey, Kali, Lennon and Koen – who were delivered to Rebecca and Lavareis Bryant (all USA) at a gestational age of 23 weeks 4 days – 115 days early – at the University of Alabama at Birmingham hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, USA, on 31 May 2024. Their expected due date had been 23 September 2024.
