NATO leaders arrive at the first meeting of a summit in The Hague, with US President Donald Trump, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron among those in attendance. NATO allies are set to rubber stamp a pledge to allocate 3.5 percent of GDP to core defence spending, plus another 1.5 percent to broader security-related areas such as cybersecurity and infrastructure.
