NATO leaders meeting in the Netherlands have agreed to raise defense spending to 5 percent of their national economic output by 2035. Donald Trump called it a monumental win for the US. Trump also met with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and said the talk "could not have been nicer."
