Since he first became US president and commander-in-chief, Donald Trump has tested the unity of NATO. Now he’s with alliance leaders in the Netherlands to see the results of his pressure for members to shoulder more weight. All but one of the members have committed to the massive increases in defense spending that Trump has long pushed. The US president said the deal is a "great victory for everyone". And Trump kicked off the day with a convivial chat alongside NATO chief Mark Rutte.
