A suspect was taken down by a band of citizens fed up with their mail getting stolen. The suspect tried to flee on a scooter, but he was pepper sprayed. Neighbors joined in, forming a citizen’s brigade of crime fighters. Residents in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles say they have been tormented for many months by mail thefts. Surveillance cameras seem to have caught the suspect in the act.
