On Wednesday, as Amsterdam baked in nearly 30 degree Celsius (86 Fahrenheit) weather, many chose to cool off with a swim by the docks. In a country dominated by waterways, canals, rivers and below-sea-level pastures, wild swimming is on the rise as climate change increases temperatures and extends the summer season.
