New Study Shows Your ‘Heart Age’ May Be Older Than You

A new study shows that your heart might be aging faster than the rest of you. Researchers looked at more than 14,000 people between the ages of 30 and 79 and found most have a so-called “heart age” that’s much older than their chronological age with as much as a decade for some. Dr. Natalie Azar joins TODAY to break down the key takeaway from the study.
