The FAA says for 90 seconds air traffic controllers at Newark International Airport lost several radar scopes. The latest outage comes as Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is detailing plans to rebuild the United States’ air traffic control system. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for Saturday TODAY.
