News Wrap: Russian missiles kill more than 30 people in Ukrainian city of Sumy

In our news wrap Sunday, two Russian missiles struck the Ukrainian city of Sumy and killed at least 34 people during Palm Sunday celebrations, police say an arsonist attacked Pennsylvania Gov. Shapiro’s residence, the Trump administration says the Maryland man it wrongly deported is alive in El Salvador, and the White House physician said Trump is in excellent health.
