Russian President Vladimir Putin switched to English to invite U.S. President Donald Trump to Moscow during a closing press conference Friday, following the two leaders’ day-long summit in Alaska. Their summit at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson was the first between a U.S. and Russian leader since 2021 and was held to discuss the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, but ended with no agreement.
