Over a thousand cities, including Toronto, participated in "No Tyrants" protests on Saturday.

In solidarity with the "No Kings" protest held across the U.S., Canadian protesters swapped Kings for Tyrants and rallied against the policies of President Donald Trump.

Protesters held Canadian flags along with signs expressing anti-fascist sentiments.

Speakers at the rally said the protests were in response to global tariffs and increasing authoritarian excesses.
