Police secure the area around a migrant camp in Loon-Plage, northern France, where a man opened fire Saturday, killing two security guards and two migrants. Earlier in the day, a first victim was killed in Wormhout. The alleged perpetrator eventually surrendered to the gendarmerie in Ghyvelde, also in the Dunkirk area, where he was arrested.
