The Pentagon’s inspector general is investigating whether Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth shared classified military plans in an unsecured Signal chat, according to reporting from the Washington Post. The messages reportedly originated from a “SECRET/NOFORN” marked email detailing imminent U.S. strikes in Yemen.
Joe Scarborough and David French respond to the new reporting called it “not even a close call” compared to Hillary Clinton’s emails, while French said invoking Clinton is “an admission of wrongdoing.”
