On Morning Joe, Sen. Alex Padilla of California pushed back on border czar Tom Homan’s claim that recent #ICE raids in #LosAngeles targeted people “wanted for major offenses.” Padilla said the #Trump administration is “not forthcoming” about who’s being deported, pointing to cases involving undocumented parents and children with no criminal history:

“They’re choosing to ignore due process… they continue to defy court orders, just with their obsession of being cruel and aggressive.”
