A police sergeant who was being investigated for an incident in which he injured an elderly man during an arrest has reportedly resigned. Criminal charges were dismissed against Oklahoma City Police Sergeant Joseph Gibson in December for this incident from two months prior. Bodycam video shows Gibson explaining why the 71-year-old driver was getting a ticket, but the driver seems to become agitated. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
