Oklahoma’s far-right schools chief, Ryan Walters, has instituted a new requirement for teacher applicants from California and New York to pass an ideology test to screen out “woke indoctrinators.” Walters announced that right-wing media organization PragerU would help develop the test.
"What Walters’ new ideology test shows, once again, is that MAGA figures like him aren’t actually concerned about strengthening the education system for students. What’s important is getting the indoctrination right," says MSNBC’s Ali Velshi.
