A Thai civilian has been killed and three others seriously injured, including a 5-year-old boy, after Thailand clashed with its neighbour Cambodia over a long-running border dispute. "There have been three serious injuries, including a five-year-old boy and one death reported in the Phanom Dong Rak border community in Surin Province," Rear Admiral Surasant Kongsiri told a news conference.
