A high speed pursuit ended in a PIT Maneuver in Georgia. The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office was told to be on the look out by a neighboring sheriff’s department for a suspect in an aggravated assault case. Authorities say they tried to pull the suspect over, but instead they were led on a chase by a pickup truck. At times, the speeds on this two lane highway topped 90 miles per hour. Once they were at a safe distance from other vehicles, the officer attempted a PIT Maneuver.
