Some Vancouver Island residents say their packages are being marked as delivered when in reality they are being found in ditches, bushes, at the wrong address or not turning up at all.

Multiple Facebook groups have now been created to help unite customers with their missing items.

As Kylie Stanton reports, the packages, many of which were ordered on Temu, were marked to be delivered by a company called StraightShip.
