Israel began allowing aid drops from cargo planes last week, but Palestinians say the aid, from countries like Egypt, Jordan, France and Germany, are not as helpful as they may seem. The airdrops land haphazardly, sometimes in the sea and sometimes the food is spoiled or unfit for human consumption. There are also reports of people being injured from pallets of aid falling on tents.
