Palestinians at Gaza’s Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis mourned their relatives killed by Israeli fire, health officials said. Those who were killed included people seeking food and aid near a distribution site on July 30, north of Rafah, according to relatives, as well as people at a tent encampment in Khan Younis.
