Police will confirm the identity of the fourth victim of a Winnipeg serial killer, who was given the name Buffalo Woman, at a news conference on Thursday.

Jeremy Skibicki was convicted last year of first-degree murder in the slayings of four Indigenous women, including the unknown victim.

Speaking will be Premier Wab Kinew, Mayor Scott Gillingham, Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs Grand Chief Kyra Wilson, St. Theresa Point Anisininew Nation Chief Raymond Flett, Chief Gene Bowers, and Deputy Chief Cam Mackid.
