President-elect Donald Trump said he would consider pardoning New York City Mayor Eric Adams, saying Adams was treated "pretty unfairly."

Adams has reportedly had several conversations with the Trump team since the election, which has raised questions from critics about the discussions amid the mayor’s ongoing criminal case.

Adams is supposed to stand trial on federal corruption charges starting on April 21, 2025.
