Protesters gather outside the Federal Building in LA, facing off against National Guard troops, as US President Trump orders active-duty Marines into the city, vowing those protesting immigration arrests will be "hit harder" than ever. The deployment came after demonstrators took over streets in Downtown LA, torching cars and looting stores in ugly scenes that saw law enforcement responding with tear gas and rubber bullets.
