White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt says Russian leader Vladimir Putin promised President Donald Trump he’d have a direct meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The Kremlin has not yet said whether Putin is committed to face-to-face talks with Zelenskyy.
