Putin rejects full Ukraine ceasefire, agrees to partial plan

Russian President Vladimir Putin has rejected the full 30-day, American-brokered ceasefire that Ukraine was pressured into accepting.

U.S. President Donald Trump had hoped Putin would agree to an immediate end to fighting on land, sea and in the air.
