Federal agents arrested more than 100 illegal immigrants during a raid of an illegal nightclub in Colorado Springs, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) said.

It is among the most arrests so far under U.S. President Donald Trump, who has vowed to crackdown on illegal immigration to the U.S. with large scale deportations.

DEA special agent in charge John Pullen said the club had been under investigation for several months and that active-duty military members were at the club at the time of the raid. Some had been employed as security, he said.

The DEA said that of the 200 people inside the nightclub, 114 people were in the U.S. illegally. The agency said they were arrested and put on busses for processing and likely eventual deportation.
