Rechargeable studio fill-light

From bigclivedotcom.

One of a series of neat little fixed-colour strip lights with internal rechargeable lithium cells, that let you add a splash of colour in the background of a video or live stream.

It appears to be based on a flashlight control chip, and has some annoying flashy modes. It also has low enough PWM dimming that it may cause slight shutter roll effects on video.

The lithium cell lives up to its specification – which is a refreshing change, and with a bit of hacking for lower intensity if needed, the battery life could run to several hours of use at "full intensity" (no PWM).

There’s no low voltage cut-off, but when the lithium cell is low on charge the LEDs will also be very dim and drawing minimum current.

It’s actually quite a useful little light.

As always – shop about and compare.

Note that they may say it doesn’t ship to your address when they actually mean they are out of stock.
I recommend using PayPal as a security layer instead of giving card details directly to some ecommerce websites.

This also keeps the channel independent of YouTube’s algorithm quirks, allowing it to be a bit more dangerous and naughty.
