Videos captured the rescue efforts at a high-rise building in Bangkok, Thailand, over the weekend after the structure collapsed when a 7.7 magnitude earthquake shook Southeast Asia on Friday. The 30-story skyscraper was under construction when it was reduced to rubble, killing at least 19 people. The earthquake has killed more than 2,000 people in Myanmar as of Monday.
