Amid the destruction in Pacific Palisades, Inside Edition’s Jim Moret found a $3 million home virtually untouched. Architect Greg Chasen built it just six months ago. Although Chasen’s home survived by sheer luck, thousands of others are dealing with irreplaceable losses.
