America’s top diplomat met with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Jeddah on Monday, ahead of holding talks with a Ukrainian delegation for talks on ending the three-year war with Russia. During Tuesday’s meeting with US Secretary of State Macro Rubio, Kyiv will propose a ceasefire covering the Black Sea and long-range missile strikes, as well as the release of prisoners, two senior Ukrainian officials said.
