Heartstopping video shows a Chihuahua running on a California highway. Motorists tried to create a barricade to keep Henry the Chihuahua on the shoulder lane. One driver pulled across three lanes trying to cut off the dog, but Henry got away. Another good Samaritan was able to save the dog. Luckily, his owner saw the video and recognized the family dog. Rachel Blatt was overjoyed to be reunited with her beloved pet.
