The death toll is rising following a massive Russian missile strike on the Ukrainian city of Sumy as people had gathered to observe Palm Sunday. At least 34 have been killed, including two children. The attack comes just days after President Donald Trump’s Russia envoy met with Vladimir Putin in St. Petersburg discussing what the Kremlin called "a Ukraine settlement."
