Emergency services rescued an unresponsive man from a boat that was spinning in circles in Volusia County, Florida, on Tuesday, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office said.
The Volusia Sheriff’s Office said a marine unit crew was able to get close enough to the boat for a responder to “jump on board, stop the boat, and get the patient to shore.”

Video released by the Volusia Sheriff’s Office shows the extraordinary lengths police went to in order to jump aboard the out-of-control craft, bring it to a stop, and get the driver the medical attention he needed.

The man was expected to make a full recovery, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office said.
