In an exclusive interview, Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy says the recent string of aviation accidents and close calls appears to have one thing connecting them. "They’re all very unique, but I do think in all of them — and again, not exclusively, not 100% — but a majority, probably of the errors go to the pilots, right? There’s some pilot error at play in each of these incidents,” he says. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
