A dramatic high-speed chase unfolded on a California freeway with police in pursuit of carjackers who took over a series on vehicles, including a semitruck. Eventually, the suspects, who remain on the loose, ditched the big rig and stole a pickup truck near Downtown Los Angeles before moving the chase to a neighborhood.
