Shooting at Texas Target kills at least 3, suspect arrested

Three individuals were killed and one injured following a shooting in the parking lot of a Target store Monday in Austin, Texas.

"The suspect fled the scene, stole a car… wrecked that car, then hijacked another car," said Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis.

The assailant was later found by Austin PD in south Austin, where he was taken into custody after being tased.

"We saw the bodies on the ground. From my eyesight, I [saw] 3 bodies on the ground, which was very traumatic for me," said witness Avaria Taylor.
