The alleged victim of the so-called ‘Evil Stepmother’ has a sister. Heather Tessman told Inside Edition she’d been trying to find her brother for over a decade. "I always knew he existed. I always wanted a relationship. I did everything in my power trying to find him and there was nothing." Tessman and the 32-year-old share a biological mother. They met when her brother was a baby, but then lost touch after their family broke apart, she told Inside Edition’s Steven Fabian.
