Almost a month after the tragic Jeju Airlines plane crash that killed all but two of the 181 people on board, new findings from South Korea’s investigation reveal factors that may have contributed to the incident.

Hassan Shahidi, CEO of the Flight Safety Foundation, speaks with Miranda Anthistle about the initial report that found bird remains in the plane’s engine as well as the black box malfunctioning four minutes before the crash.
