President Trump announced a 90-day pause on tariffs for 75 countries that he said contacted the White House to negotiate new trade deals. But, the president also raised tariffs on imports from China to 125 percent, blaming China for not reaching out to negotiate. NBC News’ Garrett Haake reports.
