Supporter of incumbent President Daniel Noboa celebrate in Quito’s street as he leads Ecuador the presidential runoff. With nearly half the votes counted, the 37-year-old president led his charismatic leftist rival Luisa Gonzalez 57 percent to 43 percent, according to the official tally.
