Prime Minister Edi Rama of the left wing Socialist Party is seeking a fourth term as Albania’s prime minister. His main challenger, Sali Berisha of the conservative center-right Democratic Party, a former president and prime minister, argues that Albania still isn’t ready for EU membership.
