Waving Union Jack flags and chanting "We want our country back", supporters of the far-right Britain First party march in Manchester. A series of anti-immigration protests have taken place across the UK in recent weeks — spurred on by demonstrations in Essex after an asylum seeker was charged with sexual assault against a minor in July. A counter protest also took place opposite the Britain First protest.
