Swastikas spray-painted onto trash cans in Toronto neighbourhood prompt police investigation

Toronto police are investigating after trash bins were spray-painted with swastikas in a west end neighbourhood.

The graffiti was first reported to police a few days ago, but on Tuesday, officers returned to the area of Bloor West and Lansdowne Avenue for further investigation.

Caryn Lieberman spoke with people in the area who say they’re “horrified” by the hateful images.
