The Taiwan Military News Agency released footage showing troops carrying weapons out of a metro train and through a station, taking moments to stop and take up gun positions before eventually leaving the station. The annual Han Kuang military drills began on July 9 and were due to last until July 18. The seventh day focused on prolonged defensive operations, the Taipei Times said.
