From PBS NewsHour.
President Donald Trump set a record late Tuesday night by giving the longest presidential speech to Congress since at least 1964.
During a speech that went nearly one hour and 40 minutes inside the U.S. Capitol, the president taunted Democrats, defended the efforts of Elon Musk and DOGE to find waste, fraud and abuse, proposed a tax plan, and took credit for adjusting, in his view, American immigration policy and foreign policy.
Lisa Desjardins shares what she saw in the House chamber during the joint session.
