Mervin Yamarte greets relatives and friends at his home in Maracaibo, western Venezuela, after spending four months in a prison in El Salvador. Yamarte is one of the 252 Venezuelan migrants who were flown home on July 18 from a notorious Salvadoran "anti-terrorism" prison, where they were sent by the United States in March in a fear-inducing crackdown on undocumented migrants.
