Teen Accused of Starting NJ Wildfire Was Bullied at Parties: Lawyer

Police say a bonfire started by teens caused the wildfire that devastated thousands of acres of woodland in New Jersey. 19-year-old Joseph Kling has been charged with arson for allegedly setting a bonfire that led to the disaster. He denies setting the fire. Emma Chabot and Addyson Smith spoke with Inside Edition. They say they know Kling well and have been to many parties at bonfires in the woods. One video shows Kling being bullied at a bonfire party last November.
