In Maine, police say a 17-year-old has been arrested in connection with the homicide investigation of a Maine paddleboarder whose body was located earlier this month. The Office of Chief Medical Examiner confirmed the cause of death as blunt force trauma and strangulation. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin has the story.
